Reverse Audio Singing ("we", "us", "our", or the "App") is developed and operated by Eregar. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy legislation.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Audio Recordings: When you use the App to record audio, the recordings are created and stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or access your audio recordings. All audio data remains entirely on your device.
- Recording Names: Names you assign to saved recordings are stored locally on your device. Recording names (but not audio content) may be included in analytics events when you save a recording.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
- We do not upload or transmit your audio recordings to any server.
- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Provide and maintain the App: Ensure core features work correctly, including recording, playback, and audio reversal.
- Manage subscriptions: Process purchases, verify entitlements, manage free trials, and handle subscription restoration.
- Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to understand which features are most valuable and identify areas for improvement.
- Diagnose issues: Use session replay and analytics data to identify and fix bugs and user experience problems.
- Measure performance: Track conversion rates, subscription metrics, and feature adoption.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect and process data on our behalf:
3.1 Mixpanel (Analytics & Session Replay)
We use Mixpanel to collect analytics data and session replays. Mixpanel processes data on servers located in the European Union (EU). Mixpanel acts as a data processor on our behalf.
- Data collected: App usage events, device information, anonymous user identifiers, and visual session replays of app interactions.
- Session Replay: Mixpanel records visual representations of your interactions with the App's user interface. Sensitive content such as text inputs and images are automatically masked. No audio is captured. These replays help us understand how users interact with the App and identify usability issues.

3.2 RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes transaction data to verify and manage your subscription status.
3.3 Apple (App Store & StoreKit)
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles all payment processing. We do not receive or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.).
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR/UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data:
- Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing necessary to provide the App's services, including subscription management.
- Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Processing for analytics and product improvement, where our interests do not override your fundamental rights. This includes usage analytics and session replay for improving user experience.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Where required by applicable law, we obtain your consent before processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Your Rights
5.1 Rights Under GDPR / UK GDPR
If you are in the EEA or United Kingdom, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.

6. Data Retention
- Audio recordings and local data: Stored on your device only. Deleted when you delete the recording within the App or uninstall the App.
- Analytics data: Retained by Mixpanel in accordance with their data retention policies. We retain analytics data for up to 12 months.
- Subscription data: Retained by RevenueCat for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and legal compliance.
7. Data Transfers
Your analytics data is processed by Mixpanel on servers in the European Union. Subscription data processed by RevenueCat may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or reliance on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Audio recordings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted over the internet. Data transmitted to third-party services (analytics, subscriptions) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
10. Device Permissions
The App requests the following device permissions:
- Microphone: Required to record audio. The App will request your permission before accessing the microphone. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. Audio recorded through the microphone is stored locally and is never uploaded to our servers.
11. Do Not Track
The App does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals as it is a native mobile application. You can limit analytics tracking by uninstalling the App.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
