Eregar LTD ("we", "us", "our") operates the Storage Doctor mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
If you contact us at storagedoctor@eregar.com, we may collect your email address and message content solely to respond to your enquiry.
The App requests access to your device's photo library to identify duplicate, similar, and large media files. All photo analysis is performed entirely on your device. We never upload, transmit, or store your photos or videos on any server.

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before accessing the IDFA via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, we will not collect your IDFA and ad attribution will rely on privacy-preserving methods such as SKAdNetwork. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Analytics and attribution data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, typically no longer than 24 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed through third-party services. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
