What does ClassSnipe do?
Choose your school and your courses, tell the app what matters to you in a professor, and ClassSnipe ranks the professors who teach each course. Each professor also has an AI summary of their student reviews, so you can get the gist in seconds and pick the right one before you register.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore. Make sure your iPhone is signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If your subscription still doesn't show up, email us.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions and choose ClassSnipe. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is ClassSnipe connected to my school?
No. ClassSnipe is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any school, and school names appear only to describe where a course is taught.
How do I delete my data?
Your school, courses and saved professors live on your phone; deleting the app removes them. To see or delete information linked to your app's identifiers, email support@eregar.com.
