• Subscription Data: If you purchase a premium subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment information.
• Search Queries: Your professor and school search queries are sent to RateMyProfessors.com to retrieve results. We do not store these queries on our servers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Subscription Status: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may collect anonymous device identifiers to manage entitlements. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
• Crash Data: Apple may collect crash reports and diagnostics if you have opted in to share analytics with app developers through your device settings.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require account registration or login.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location.
• We do not use advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking technologies.
• We do not collect or store any personal data on our own servers.

3. Third-Party Data Sources

The App retrieves publicly available professor ratings, school information, and reviews from RateMyProfessors.com. This data is displayed within the App for informational purposes only.

When you use the App, your device communicates directly with RateMyProfessors.com's servers. Your use of this data is also subject to RateMyProfessors.com's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

4. How We Use Information

The limited information processed by the App is used solely to:

• Display professor ratings and school information from RateMyProfessors.com
• Manage your premium subscription status
• Improve app stability and performance

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only external services the App communicates with are:

• RateMyProfessors.com — to retrieve professor and school data
• RevenueCat — to manage subscription entitlements
• Apple App Store — to process subscription payments

6. Data Storage and Security

The App does not maintain its own servers or databases. All professor and school data is fetched in real-time from RateMyProfessors.com and is not cached or stored beyond your current session. Subscription status is managed locally on your device and through RevenueCat's secure infrastructure.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by college and university students and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is generally no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. However, you can:

• Delete the App at any time to remove all locally stored data
